Quills are the dried and rolled bark of the Cassia tree. Brown with an earthy aroma. These food grade cinnamon quills have been scented & infused with our quality fragrant oils. They are therefore, not suitable for cooking/ food uses. Uses and suitability: pot pourri, Christmas and decorative uses. The quills may be refreshed with fragrance on a regular basis.
