Terms and Conditions
1.1 Moonlite Candles reserves the right to make changes to the content within this website including pricing at any time without notice.
1.2 All information and images contained within this website are the property of Moonlite Candles and can not be reproduced or replicated in any form without the prior written consent from Moonlite Candles.
Retail Customers
2.1 As our products are so varied it is impossible to calculate shipping costs online and therefore payment is not required when placing orders online. Once we receive your order we will contact you within 24 hours and advise of shipping costs and your payment is required at this point.
2.2 All Retail Customers are required to fill in their contact details and delivery address through the 'Guest Checkout'.
2.3 All of our customers are welcome to make their payment by bank deposit or over the phone using your credit card.
2.4 Please Note that we do not accept AMEX and Diners Club Credit Cards.
2.5 Moonlite Candles aims to process and deliver your purchase within 20 days. Please contact us with urgent orders.
2.6 If your product is out of stock or there is a delay in delivery we will notify you of an expected delivery date. Short delays may occur on special request products and during busy seasons (October)
2.7 Retail customers must choose carefully as all retail sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Wholesale Customers
3.1 Minimum purchase amounts on some products are required to receive wholesale discounts. If you do not enter the wholesale minimum amount you will be paying full retail prices.

3.7 Wholesale customers must notify Moonlite Candles in writing within 7 day of receipt of goods if there is an unlikely fault on our behalf or if a product is delivered damaged.
3.8 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the number of items/boxes in the delivery corresponds with the delivery invoice. If you sign the delivery invoice without checking and you later realise something missing Moonlite Candles can not assume responsibility for the missing items.
3.9 All postage costs on items being returned will be the responsibility of the customer.
